Hiker's Special

We designed these trips with hiking in mind. We add a day or two to our standard trips to allow more time to explore the Grand Canyon on foot. These trips are typically offered in April when the canyon temperatures are cooler. The cooler temps allow for more extensive hiking but be prepared to dress warmly for the rapids.

7 Day Oar Hiker's Special

Upper Canyon

  • Requires an 8 mile hike out of the canyon
  • Indescribable views, intimate side canyons
  • Allows you to see the Grand Canyon from the South Rim
  • Best fishing
  • Great for avid hikers
  • Must be 12 years old
